The Rapid City office will be closed from December 24th through January 5th.  We will return on January 6th, 2025.

Office Hours:  We are open Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

DEADLINES:

The deadline to submit a School Supplies request is May 1st.  You must be a School or a Head Start to qualify.

 Deadlines 

The Deadline for submitting School Supply Requests is May 1st.  Please note: Requests will not be filled if received after this date. School Supplies deliveries take place starting in the middle of July. We strive to deliver all supplies prior to the start of the new school year.

The deadline to turn in your Thanksgiving requests is the 3rd Friday in September.  Please note: Request will not be filled if received after the deadline or if you have reports due at the time you submit your request.

You may start sending in your requests on July 1st.

You may start turning in your requests on August 1st.
